Stepping out of your comfort zone and having a little fun with concert photography.

Well happy Canada day everyone and thanks for visiting and reading for yet another week. I have been very busy the last month or so with both my personal life and my photographic life. Business has picked up steadily and I am gaining much more traction as far as the business goes and I couldn't be happier! Unfortunately this comes with a price that somewhat takes away form my time to blog.

So for this weeks entry I thought I'd share some pictures from my son's grade 12 music final. It was what turned out to be about a two hour concert put on by some very talented kids and a fun photo opp. Now concert photography isn't my usual thing but when I get the chance I like to try things that are out of my comfort zone. In my opinion everyone who owns a camera and is at all serious about their craft should do. It helps you grow as a photographer because it is something different and challenging.

So whatever takes you out of your photographic comfort zone be sure to seize the moment and try it out. You'll be glad you did!

Until next week take care and I hope to chat with you next Sunday. :)
